An external extractor system is installed above the electric hob. The kitchen work surface is Italian marble throughout, the floors are finished with fine quality Italian tiles.
Dining Room - Enjoy fine dining in the dining room with french cherrywood furniture throughout the living room adjoins the kitchen and lounge.
Lounge leading to the balcony - Relax and enjoy the wonderful views of the Alps and Bodensee from the leather sofas. Sit on the adjoining terrace during those warm summer evenings.
The floor is high quality oak parkett and we ask you please to wear only flat soft shoes on this floor.
Toilet - Adjoing the entrance hallway is a toilet with washbasin.
2nd Floor
Main bedroom - The large master bedroom with a king size bed
(200 x 180) and adjacent walk-in clothes cupboard. A radio alarm is also provided for you listening comfort.
Relax on the leather sofa and enjoy the superb views towards the Swiss Alps and Lake Constance.
2nd Bedroom - A standard double/full bed (200 x 140) with a wardrobe.
Bathroom - With toilet, bath, glass-door shower and a washbasin, finished to the highest standards with Villeroy und Boch and the finest Italian tiles throughout. In cooler weather the underfloor heating keeps the floor dry and warm.
