The less agile and young children

Please note, due to a few steps leading from the car parking place to the apartment and the stairs inside the apartment,
the apartment is not suitable for children under 12 and those with wheelchairs or who find movement difficult.

Prices include
» bedlinen and towels for each 7 nights stay.
» final cleaning.
» milk for the first morning of your stay (a small supermarket and a konditorei is only a short walk)
» essential supplies for the duration of your stay: ground coffee, tea bags, sugar, cooking oil, olive oil, salt/pepper/herbs/spices, flour,    trash bags and washing powder for hand washing.
» Wireless internet access for your laptop (pc and printer is not provided).

Terms of Booking

Payment
» Payment can be made by Euro or Sterling bank transfer or PayPal (PayPal commission fee 3.9% + 0.30cents applies).
» "Early Bird" - Receipt of 20% deposit confirms your reservation (if booked on or before 31-March-2010).
» Receipt of 40% deposit confirms your reservation (if booked after 31-March-2010).
» Final payment is due one month before arrival, we will send you a reminder email.

Restrictions
» No smoking inside the house or in the garden or on the balcony
» Sorry but no children under 12 years old unless agreed otherwise.
» No animals / pets

We agree to
» Provide top quality accommodation in excellent condition and spotlessly clean for arrival from 15.00 on the day of arrival.
» Provide beds made up and towels in the bathroom. If your stay is 7 days or longer, towels will be changed part way through your stay.
» Clean the apartment at the end of your stay.
» Provide tourist and activity information in German and English if possible.

You agree to
» Treat the apartment and its contents with care.
» Bring soft soled shoes or slippers to walk on the parquet flooring.
» Leave the apartment in good order by 10.00am on the day of departure, with the washing-up done or loaded into the dishwasher.
» Not smoke in the house or gardens.
» Not bring animals to the property.
» Sort all of your rubbish for recycling during and at the end of your stay to comply with our local regulations.

Cancellation Policy
» We do not have any cancellation charges for administration costs.
» You can cancel your booking at any time, for any reason.
» The amount of refund we can give you depends on whether we can re-let the apartment for part or all of the period of cancellation; varying from a full refund less any credit card/bank charges to no refund at all if the apartment is not re-let for the whole period.
» Travel insurance is recommended and we will supply you with whatever documentation you need to make a claim if you are forced to cancel.
